Important information
- Water bills are due on the 10th of each month. A late fee will be applied on the 15th.
- Refuse pick up is on Friday of each week. If a holiday falls during the week, the refuse will be picked up on Saturday. Please have refuse by the curb the night before pickup.

Set up service
To set up service, please contact the water clerk at waterclerk@cityofcubail.com.
Pay your bill
There are two options to pay your bill.
1. Drop off check and payment card at MidAmerica Bank night deposit box.
2. Complete direct debit form and provide a canceled check to city hall. Fill out the form, save and email to waterclerk@cityofcubail.com or print and fill out form and return to City Hall. You can download the direct debit form here.
